Kiwi Can

L.I:To show integrity.
Today for kiwi can we learnt about integrity and roll mottles. I learnt by kiwi can .The topic for kiwi can is integrity and the them is roll mottles. The first game the we played was called bang. The second game that we played was call fruity tooty.

Maori

This week for Maori we made a slide presentation. We had to talk about ourselves, who is in our family, were you live and what school you go to. The other thing that we did for Maori was faces. We had draw faces the faces that we had to draw was a cold face, a happy face, angry face and a sweaty face. We had to write at the bottom kei te pai, kei te makariri, kei te riri and kei te wera. Kei te pai means happy, kei te makariri means cold, kei te rir means angry and kei te wera means hot. we had to write happy, cold, angry and hot in Maori.

I learnt how to comment on someones blog post. I learned it by going on her blog and reading her work and commenting on it and saying how I like it.

This week for maths we had to do a video on flip grid and talk about what volume is and compare 2 objects and say witch one has the biggest volume and witch one has the smallest volume.

This week for writing we had to write an explanation of how fireworks work. First we had to write the introduction.  Next we had to write a explanation. After that we had to write the conclusion . Then we had to write any title. Lastly we had to put pictures on.

Today for kiwi can we learnt about roll mottling and integrity. The first game that we played was called doggy doggy. The second game that we played was called who's missing.

Today we were going to use what we know about good/bad choices. Our them was making good choices and our topic was integrity. Integrity means doing the right thing when no one is looking.
What happens when we make good choices?We don't get in trouble.
How do others feel?They feel good because you are doing the right thing.
Why should we make good choices?So we wouldn't get in trouble.
The first game that we played was called clap and the second game that we played was called protect the Jedi.

Today for kiwi sport we played activities. We played 3 activities. The first one we played was called everyone is in. the second game that we played was called ball tag and the last game that we played was called back passing.

Today for writing we had to think about what is cause and effect. And we had to start with a capital letter. And then we had to end with a full stop and we had capital letter for a persons name or a place the effect means what happened.

Today for Maori we talked about ourselves in Maori and put in photos of your family. I learnt how to talk about my self in Maori. I learnt by our Maori teacher.

Today for reading we did making connection. For making connection we had to read a book called Bodies. We had to make connection by using text to text and text to wold.

Today for kiwi can we played opposite. The second game that we played was called termagant tag. our topic for kiwi can is integrity and the meaning of integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking.

We had to measure 8 containers The milk bottle, coffee cup, pie dish, beaker, test tube, jelly cup, conical flask and the plastic cup. We measured water. If you don't now what capacity is it means how much containers can hold.

L.I:To learn about the 7 characteristics of living organisms.
Today for inquiry we learnt about 7 life process. The 7 process is MRS GREN. MRS GREN is the 7 life process that we have to do, The m stands for Movement, The r stands for Respiration, The s stands for Sensitivity, The g stands for Growth, The r stand for reproduction and the n stands for nutrition.I learnt about the 7 life process.I learnt by watching a video about the 7 life process.

Explantion

This week for writing we are learning about what an explanation is of how to use the must do list.I learnt about explaining how to use the must do task list.I learnt by going onto the must do list and explaining how to use it.

Today for kiwi sport we played foot ball.I learnt how to play foot ball.I learnt by practicing at kiwi sport.

What is capacity

L.I:To compare amounts that containers can hold (Capacity).
Today for maths we are done capacity.I learnt by putting uni link cubes inside a red reading box,pencil case, plastic cup and a beaker and counting how much is inside. Also seeing which is less or the most.

Today for reading we done predicting I learnt about bike.I learnt by reading a book that is about books.
